A classy field of six will contest Sunday’s Group Two Juddmonte Beresford Stakes at The Curragh.

The race was won in recent years by Curtain Call and Septimus. The latter’s trainer, Aidan O’Brien, accounts for half of Sunday’s field.

He will saddle promising Tipperary maiden winner Hail Caesar, Alexandrova’s brother Masterofthehorse, a Gowran winner last time at 1-5, and Sawtooth Mountain.

John Oxx’s Sea The Stars is sure to be of interest after an easy Leopardstown maiden success, with stable ally Mourayan also partaking.
