BBAG Spring Sale to Follow Upward Breeze-Up Trend

Breeze Up Sales have gained a stronger recognition in the past years with a continuous rise in quality resulting in an increasing price range towards the top end of the market.

The upcoming BBAG Spring Sale incorporating a breeze up should be able to follow that positive trend. The sale is embedded in the Baden-Baden Spring Meeting and will be held on Friday, May 23 with the breeze up starting at 9.00 a.m. and the auction being scheduled for 2.00 p.m. in the afternoon.

The BBAG as a sales company has certainly left its mark over the years, ten winners of the German Derby and 22 further domestic and international Group I winners headed by the world’s best racehorse Manduro, his outstanding sire Monsun and Tiger Hill represent a strong recommendation. This season, three-year-old sales graduates of the likes of the Derby hopeful Kamsin, the impressive German 2000 Guineas hero Precious Boy and Sholokov’s Schwarzgold-Rennen winning daughter Peace Royale have already scored at Classic and Group level.

The leading graduate for the BBAG Spring Sale is the 2006 German 1000 Guineas heroine Lolita. The new managing director, Mrs. Carola Ortlieb and her team are happy to announce that the list of vendors has expanded with Gestut Fahrhof as well as new consignors from England, Ireland and France have been attracted.
