HRRN to Cover Entire Preakness Programme

The Horse Racing Radio Network (HRRN), based in Lexington, KY, announced today that its national broadcast of the Preakness Stakes will be carried on 44 affiliates in 22 states. In addition, fans throughout the world will be able hear HRRN’s coverage as several affiliates will provide live streaming of the broadcast on their sites.
HRRN is the official radio network of the 2008 Preakness, and will provide the exclusive national radio broadcast from 5:30-7:00 EDT this Saturday. A complete affiliate listing with streaming information can be found on the HRRN website, www.horseracingradio.net.
HRRN will also broadcast live from Pimlico on Friday, May 16, with coverage of the Pimlico Special and Black Eyed Susan from 4:00-6:00 EDT., and will return with live coverage of the Preakness undercard stakes from 2:00-5:00 EDT on Saturday, leading into their national Preakness coverage.
The broadcasts will be hosted by Mike Penna and Pete Kules, with Jude Feld providing paddock commentary, and Adam Frenier serving as producer.
Penna and Kules will also host a special Preakness Stakes edition of their popular Equine Forum show live from Pimlico on Saturday morning from 8-10 a.m. EDT. The Equine Forum can be heard on WLXO 96.1 FM in Lexington, KY, and is available via podcast by noon ET every Saturday on the HRRN web site.
