Dam of Amelia’s Dream Added to MM Broodmare Sale

The countdown is on for Australia’s premier broodmare sale - the Magic Millions National Sale.

To be held on the Gold Coast from June 2 to 6 - the sale will present buyers with the finest line of stakes performers and producers in Australia this year.

A massive line up of 1004 lots have been catalogued for the broodmare section of the auction which will comprise weanling, yearlings, race fillies and race horses.

While the retiring four time Group One winner Divine Madonna is the headline act - she is just one of hundreds of outstanding prospects at the auction.

Some 100 stakes performed mares will go under the hammer - some straight off the track while a selection have been covered by leading Australian and international sires.

Seven new mares - of outstanding quality - have joined the already quality packed catalogue.

The seven newest entries to the sale are Class Success, Francophile, Gaily Funky, Hustle Bustle, Royal Snip, Shalt Not and Timeless Winds.

Brief profiles of the mares follows:

CLASS SUCCESS - Classy multiple stakes winning two-year-old by Success Express. Her one foal to race has placed this season at three. Dam is a half sister to stakes winner Phered. Covered by Flying Spur.

FRANCOPHILE - Unraced. Half sister to two winners including the Japanese stakes performer and million dollar purchase Vril. Dam is a half sister to Arazi and Noverre. Covered by Hussonet.

GAILY FUNKY - Group Three winning two-year-old in Japan. From the multiple Group One winner A Little Kiss. Both foals to race are winners. Covered by Redoute’s Choice.

HUSTLE BUSTLE - Unraced. Half sister to stakes winning two-year-old Miss Bussell. From a Group One winner. Dam of this season’s Group Two winner Hustle Hustle. Covered by Hussonet.

ROYAL SNIP - Stakes placed as a two-year-old. Two time winner. Half sister to stakes winner Academy Dancer. Dam of stakes winning two-year-old Royal Babe. Covered by Not a Single Doubt.
